Spare Parts Interpreter - Gepps Cross

Kubpower, based in Gepps Cross, Summertown and Naracoorte, are dealers of some of the largest construction, agricultural, turf and power equipment brands in the world.

Brands include Kubota (full range); New Holland Braud Grape Harvesters; Croplands Spray Equipment; Landini Tractors; Antonio Carraro Tractors; Husqvarna and various other items all complimentary of the Construction and Agricultural industries.

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated person to join our Gepps Cross (head office) branch in the Spare Parts department, as a spare parts interpreter. The role will be a customer facing role both in-house and phone/email based.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Retail Spare Parts Quoting and counter sales (parts identification through to the final invoice)
Spare Parts ordering through the various manufacture portals
Maintaining stock levels (along with on-going stock-takes)
Customer Service (face-to-face and over the phone/email)
During staff absenteeism, assist with coordinating availability of parts for Service manager and workshop staff
Assisting parts manager and service manager where required
Processing supplier invoices and receipting of goods
And various other tasks as required from time-to-time directed by Senior Managers
Applicants will require the following attributes:

High level computer knowledge and speed to be able to work with various parts programs (this is an important part of the job)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail
Excellent time management skills
Highly organised
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Previous Spare Parts experience
A good understating of the Construction and Agricultural industries (preferable, but not essential)
The position is a full time position and for immediate start. System based training will be provided, both local and interstate if needed.

A current SA drivers licence is mandatory and a Forklift licence would be looked upon favourably, however it is not essential.

Apprentices and/or Trainees will also be considered.
